Where to find support
There are so many amazing charities out there and so many incredible resources. The wonderful thing about the child loss community is that everyone wants to help. Even if a charity doesn’t specifically deal with your circumstance they will always try their best assist you.
If you can’t find what you are looking for on here or you are apprehensive about contacting a charity then please contact us and we will see if we can help in some way.
In all of this remember you are not alone. We all want to help.
UK Resources
Firstly, here are some practical, UK based, links that could help immediately after a loss:
Social Media Tools
Social media is a great way of gaining instant support. Instagram, Facebook and Twitter have many bloggers who are trying to open up the world to child loss.
Every Tuesday 8-9pm UK time there is a #babylosshour discussion on Twitter. The blogger, Jess, from The Legacy of Leo started the initiative as a way of gaining instant access and growing the discussion surrounding child loss.
Charities
Our aim is to make finding help as easy as possible, so we’ve split the charities available into regions.
There are also organisations that can help nationally, so we’ve grouped these together for clarity.
